Business Development
We have developed iTEAM; a website to support the business owner with the tools and resources they need to develop and expand their business. We have also realized the value of partnering with top leadership training from John C. Maxwell as well as Goad International. As John Maxwell states, "Leadership is influence...nothing more, nothing less. Leaders are business developers."
Mentoring
Our mentorship program utilizes some of the top business owners in this industry. We have realized there are two ways to develop success: 1) learning from our mistakes and 2) learning from our mentors. As a mentor, we coach and challenge people to achieve their true potential.
